(‘Solar Alliance’) or (the ‘Company’) (TSX VENTURE: SAN) (OTC: SAENF) announces it has issued 2.5 million stock options to various officers of the Company. The options have a term of 5 years and were issued at a price of $0.08 per share.
The options were granted under the Company’s Stock Option Plan and are part of the Company’s long term incentive/retention plan for employees. The option issuance is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
